We ship orders made before 1pm GMT on Monday and Thursday the same day. Please allow up to 5 working business days for delivery once your order has been processed and dispatched.

All payment transactions are processed in such a way that gurantee the highest possible protection for our customers. If you do not have a PayPal account and would like to make payment via PayPal using a debit/credit card you will be redirected to PayPal website at the checkout where you will find an option to pay via card without making a PayPal account.
My order hasn’t arrived for more than 7 days after the dispatch date?
Once orders have been dispatched you will receive a email, please check your inbox and junk mail for this. All items are sent by Royal Mail Recorded delivery. We are NOT responsible for items misplaced by Royal Mail, unfortunately no items are replaced unless we have full evidence the parcel was misplaced.

If you place an order and decide you do not wish to continue the order, please do contact us within 30 minutes. If you fail to contact us within this time limit we will be unable to do any cancellation as your order will either be processed or already dispatched.

Please pay attention when completing your order as accuracy to detail is essential. If a mistake is made when placing your order please contact us immediately via the ''Contact'' page quoting your order number, an explanation of the error in detail, and please also include the correct information.
I have placed an order however the shipping address I have provided is incorrect, how do I change this?
If you have placed an order and then realised you have provided us with an incorrect shipping address, do contact us within 30 minutes after placing the order to change any information. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
How do you put in clip in hair extensions?
The hair extensions securely attach to your hair with small clips that are sewn onto the hair extensions. Section your hair ear to ear horizontally and clip the hair extensions around the head. If the hair extensions you have purchased are curly you must curl your existing hair for the full effect, without curling you will not be able to achieve the desired look. If your hair extensions are slightly tighter and you would like a more fuller bouncy hair, you must use a D-tangler hair brush to brush through the hair extensions, any other regular hair brush such as tail comb, paddle brush will damage the hair extensions.
How often should I wash my Hair By Zara Hair Extensions?
They should be washed every 10 - 15 wears or when there is too much build up of products and they become hard to style.
How do I wash 100% Human Hair Extensions?
1. Brush the hair extensions before washing.
2. Add a little amount of shampoo to lukewarm water, and gently shake the hair in the water.
3. After washing, soak Hair By Zara hair extensions in water which contains hair conditioner for about 5 minutes.
4. Shake out the excess water and hang until completely dry.
5. Run your fingers through the hair before combing.
6. When combing Hair By Zara hair extensions start with the end and brush up towards the root. Please pay extra attention when combing wavy hair.
How do I wash Synthetic hair extensions?
1. Brush the hair extensions before washing.

Yes, you can only straighten but not curl.
Can I straighten Synthetic Curly Hair Extensions?
No, you CANNOT use heated appliances on Curly Synthetic Hair Extensions.
How long will my hair extensions last?
The lifespan of Hair By Zara hair extensions is determined by how well they are taken care of. Usually lifespan of our hair extensions is 4 months to at least two years depending in how often they are worn and how well they are taken care of.
Can I colour 100% Human Hair Extensions?
Yes, Hair By Zara Human hair extensions have already undergone a chemical process and are designed to accept colour change. We recommend getting them coloured at a professional and experienced hair colourist who has previously experience working with hair extensions. We would advise for a one clip weft to be tested prior to colouring more strips to make sure the resulting shade is what you anticipate. We also recommend using a semi- permanent colour as it is much more gentle on the hair extensions. We do not recommend getting hair extensions coloured in a lighter shade, as it will require them to be bleached. Bleaching is very harsh and harmful chemical process which will alter the quality of your hair extensions.
Can I colour synthetic hair extensions?
No, you cannot colour synthetic hair extensions.
